Deborah Flemming Bradley is the Co-Founder & Public Relations Vice-President of PlanNet Marketing, Inc. and, alongside her husband, the Chair of the PlanNet Cares Foundation, Inc. The foundation ensures homeless women and children living in shelters receive what they need during a very critical time in their lives.

Deborah holds a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations/Marketing from the University of South Carolina School of Journalism and Mass Communications with a minor in Spanish. She currently serves as a member of the National Association of Black Journalists, ColorComm, and the Public Relations Society of America. Through continued education, Deborah received a certificate of completion for Crisis Management through the Public Relations Society of America and graduated from the first Lisa Nichols Certified Transformational Trainer Program (2021).

In addition, she has co-authored “Unleash Your Undeniable Impact” with public speaker & trainer Dr. Cheryl Woods and the renowned motivational speaker Les Brown. She is also featured in Courageous Woman Magazine (2021) and Young Black Entrepreneur Magazine (2022).

Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, Deborah is proudly married to Donald Bradley, 28 years and counting, and a mother to four adult children, Brandon, Brian, Bryce, and Brooke. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
